The following English lyrics aren’t a translation of the song but transcribed from the lyrics booklet of the Code Geass O.S.T. 2 booklet. The kanji lyrics are the translation of the song provided in the booklet with the English lyrics.

I think a choir sings the song, but I couldn’t find which it is exactly in the OST booklet.

CODE GEASS Lelouch of the Rebellion Insert Song – Callin’

I’ve read on Japanese websites (read: non-official sources) that Callin’ is supposed to be “Suzaku”‘s theme from Code Geass. In my opinion, it has a bit of his spirit and definitely does not suit Lelouch’s personality. Come to think of it, this song does first play during the Lelouch/C.C./Suzaku tag team battle.

Callin’
Vocals: Sakai Mikio
Lyrics: Sakai Mikio
Composition: Sakai Mikio

So I’ll shout for nothing but love, because no one is alone
I mustn’t turn my back on calling out our respective names

It’s not too late to grip our hands together
We no longer need a tomorrow in which we struggle against and hurt each other

CODE GEASS Lelouch of the Rebellion Insert Song – Alone

…Is this song hinting at Lelouch X Shirley? But Shirley is far more interesting when she doesn’t know about Lelouch; she actually acts in her true nature instead of all Lelou-deredere.

Alone
Vocals: Hitomi
Lyrics: Kuroishi Hitomi
Composition Kuroishi Hitomi

You whispered to me
All of your secrets and a kiss
I was so happy that I cried
I won’t forget about that night

CODE GEASS Lelouch of the Rebellion Insert Song – Masquerade

This is a sad song, written from Lelouch’s viewpoint. I’ve finally finished translating all songs released up to now for CODE GEASS Lelouch of the Rebellion, just in time for OST II’s release in a few days (and the arrival of more insert songs).

Masquerade

With a cold attitude, I don a mask on my body
Who knows
My true face? Besides you

Mosaic Fragments

One by one, I join together and draw the mosaic fragments
