Observations of trends on the site.

– After the boom in June 2009, view counts for Black★Rock Shooter, art turned Vocaloid song turned musical video turned figurine turned anime, returned to pre-anime announcement level by November 2010.

Touhou doujin song Bad Apple!! saw a doubling in average monthly view count starting from September 2010, after being posted in February 2010. What Touhou event spurred this, I am unsure. UPDATE 1/14/2011: I’ve figured out the most likely culprit. See notes in upcoming January 2011 Site Stats post.
