This song almost fell under my radar. It wasn’t until I randomly checked on a Famitsu article on Sigma Harmonics when I noticed that Hirano Aya did the theme song for the game and the song was released on her Riot Girl album.
‘Harmonia vita’ means ‘melody of life’ in Latin (correct me if I’m wrong, I only know about three words in Latin). If someone can tell me what ‘alea jacta est’ (’gambling throw’?) means, that will be great. ‘Alea jacta est’ means ‘the die is cast’; thanks, Machiavelli (see comments)!
