Vampire Knight Cross Yuki Cosplay
March 7, 2009 at 6:46 pm | In Cosplay, Vampire Knight | 14 CommentsYES. I am on a roll.
Cross Yuki is yet another ‘inevitable’ cosplay, since she is 152cm tall, which is at the bottom limit of the acceptable height range for my cosplays.

I got this costume together all the way back in October 2008, but I haven’t had the chance to devote time for some proper photos until now. I know that Yuki is more of a sunshine character, but when I smile, my face looks pretty bad…

Hmm, I don’t think I’ve ever seen this pose in the anime, but it turned out okay otherwise. If you have any questions about any part of the costume, ask away. I’ll do my best to answer.

I bought a PVC pipe for the cosplay, but it’s difficult to transport due to the length, so I haven’t taken it to any conventions yet.

All in all, I’m really late to the Vampire Knight party. The anime is long over and cosplay sharing sites are already choked full of Vampire Knight cosplay, so it’s kind of futile to attempt anything more now. I’ll probably get rid of the costume in the next month or so.

Wow, it’s great.
But what’s with the sudden flood of cosplay?

@ oTAKu:
I was pretty encouraged by the feedback that I got on my Kuroshitsuji cosplay, so when I finished my Clannad uniform I took photos for that. Then the socks I needed for Kanon and Vampire Knight costumes finally came back in stock. I figured, if I can just snap photos and get it over with now, why not just do it. I want to get rid of the old costumes before I start on a new one, since cosplay is financially draining, plus I can’t possibly take every costume home since I fly.

With all this cosplay and seeing the fake hairs to fit perfect (without your real ones popping out) I have start wondering if you have cut your real ones or not XD ^^;

Hahahah, heck no. My real hair, my pride and joy, remains untouched at waist-length. XD

If I do sell it, I’m probably going to ask for about $100 for the costume set.

wow this is amazing! Haha I like the costume very much :]
what material did you use for this? I’m ordering one online, but I want to make sure the fabric is good quality

I bought the costume from ACOS, which is officially licensed. The jacket is made of 100% polyester fabric, I believe. If you want to make your own I recommend getting bottomweight cotton sateen.

I love the costume! I remember seeing this on cosplay.com a while ago, it looks great
As someone who is trying to make the costume, what is the width of the white stripes, I’ve seen different variations, but this one looks like a good width. I’m sorry if this question is bothersome >.<
