Goodsmile Company updated today with an announcement for the sale of Nendoroid Petit: The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Bon Festival Gift Set, which features Haruhi, Yuki, Mikuru, Ryoko, and Tsuruya-san in uniquely colored school swimsuits and inner tubes. Preorders will start on June 9th in Circle K Sunkus stores nationwide in Japan and online at tokimeki mall. The set costs 3,000 yen (~$28.49). Ship date is set to be July 11th and the set is limited to 5000.
As cute as the girls are, none of them really got my interest. I had hoped for a fleeting moment that there’d be a swimsuit-clad Kyon and Itsuki in the set, but no. Even a swimsuit Kyonko would be better than any of the girls.
