I cried hard when I heard this being played in episode 9, but reading the lyrics, it just sounds like Babelfish XD
I think it’s better for this song when you have no idea what she’s saying =3 XD

Being a person who lived in a country in which English is normally mangled like this, I actually understand Engrish well enough to understand this.
I think this song refers to heaven.
This will go well as a worship song. And almost always evoke tears when coupled with the Clannad episode it was used as well.
